About us
For more than 25 years, we are specialized in supplying highly educated IT professionals on a secondment/ staff augmentation basis in The Netherlands. And now we are here to put our experience to use in Denmark. Our professionals possess the right knowledge and expertise to successfully complete your assignment. Professionals with the right softskills, mindset, and drive that allow their capabilities to be fully utilized within your organization.
Our employees, both IT professionals and organizational consultants, do have extensive experience within commercial (publicly listed) companies and (semi-)government organizations. Thanks to our extensive experience across many different sectors, we can quickly match professionals to new working environments.

For ITicon, sustainability is more than our carbon footprint. It is our way of doing business. We strive towards sustainable relationships with our employees and clients. A long-term partnership makes for a reliable and personal business culture. But of course, sustainability and corporate social responsibility means that we are highly aware of our impact on our planet and our people too.
We are strongly committed to reducing our carbon footprint and increasing our environmental efforts. We operate without a fixed office location and use a flexible ‘hotspot’ instead. Reducing our commute kilometers and providing a better work-life balance for our employees. This policy won us “The Green Meters” award 2024 in The Netherlands.
Not only the future of ITicon and its stakeholders is central, so is the future of our planet. ITicon consistently seeks the right balance between people, planet and profit.

For years, ITicon has been committed to hybrid working, a better work-life balance, and personal attention for employees. The coronavirus crisis brought even more focus to these topics within our Dutch branch and created a positive momentum, emphasizing opportunities rather than limitations. This was a key reason why ITicon Netherlands was named (Remote) Employer of the Year in 2020!
In addition to this prestigious award, our Dutch branch was named regional winner in the Green Meters Employer of the Year election in November 2024, recognizing the company’s sustainable mobility policy.
At ITicon, the focus is on avoiding unnecessary travel, as the most sustainable kilometers are those you don’t need to travel at all.
ITicon Netherlands won three FD Gazelle Awards in a row.

That’s why ITicon sponsors several highly talented young athletes, helping them achieve their sporting goals. Additionally, ITicon supports a charity dedicated to families with children affected by cancer. We hope to make a meaningful difference through these efforts.
